Cancellation/Refund Policy

This Cancellation/Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all products, courses, subscriptions, services ("Services"), and all paid services provided by Golspoh Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Courses and Subscriptions:

  • Cancellation:

    • Customers may cancel their enrollment in a course or subscription within 2 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. No Refund for the courses which are already started.
    • No refund will be provided for the installment payment option.
    • After the 2-day period, no cancellations will be accepted.
  • Refund:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Other payment methods in some cases may be eligible
    • Refund processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Products:

  • Cancellation:

    • Orders for physical and digital products can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the product is shipped/delivered/downloaded/activated/used, cancellations are not possible. Please contact our customer support for assistance.
  • Refund:

    • If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, customers are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
    • Refund requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

3. Services:

  • Cancellation:

    • Customers can cancel a service contract within 2 days from the start date. After the 2-day period, no cancellations will be accepted.
  • Refund:

    • If the service has not commenced, customers are eligible for a full refund.
    • No refunds will be issued once the service has started.
    • If the service is cancelled in the middle of the contract, the customer will be charged for the services provided up to the cancellation date.

4. General Terms:

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide proof of purchase.
    • Refunds will only be processed for the amount paid by the customer.
  • Refusal of Refund:

    • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the customer violates the terms of service or engages in fraudulent activities.
